药物肯定是管用的，就是需要提前吃，而且药量要循序渐进，可以先半片试下效果，头晕症状重的话就是过量了，这个属于治表，真要一劳永逸，还是要锻炼身体，现在都是开车上班，上班了也是坐着，身体机能都很差，最好的锻炼方式就是跑步，开始跑不动，可以快走，走1-2个月就可以慢跑，直到能够跑3-4圈，坚持下来就有效果
