症状及持续时间：早泄，有十几年的手淫史
描述：身体敏感，易激动，有时伴有心慌的感觉。插进去就有射的冲动控制不住。不超过一分钟。第二次好一点但是硬度比不了第一次，有耳鸣，舌苔泛白伴有轻微齿痕。去医院看了下，医生给开了十天的知柏地黄汤剂，吃了后没用。

请问蛋蛋医生具体该吃什么药，还有要吃多久呢。
