[求医问药] 每天都撸一发，有多大危害

其实我有段时间也是天天撸，倒也没影响现在什么情况，不过倒是感觉会白天无法集中注意力，老是想HH的事情，耽误学习和工作，现在我也结婚了，频率严重下降，但是有时候也会趁老婆睡着了自己撸一把，感觉不一样，但个人感觉打飞机不解渴，还得真刀实枪的干一炮能解决至少一周不会特别想，个人建议少撸抓紧找对象，什么都不如真人好
