小兄弟你才21啊，我今年41才开始出现这种情况的，人上了年纪后激素水平和身体素质都会下降，这个很正常，你这个年纪这个情况不正常
而且还平时熬夜，这个最伤身体了，熬夜一天基本要三天休息才能缓得回来
我觉得吧，你好好休息，不要熬夜，平时食物牛羊肉多吃一点，手淫不要经常，因为经常手淫会让小弟弟阈值很高，以后碰到女人反而不容易起来
还有和女朋友做的时候戴套吗？套子也要选薄一点的会好一些，要么就别戴
然后健身练练深蹲，会好起来的
