这是正常的生理现象，并不是什么疾病。所以不用担心。正常的男性与女性接触时便会有前列腺液得分泌。或者当男性有性幻想时也会有前列腺的分泌。并不需要特殊的治疗，只要平时多注意卫生，常常清洁。注意性生活的习惯就好。
