我有段时间一直手淫 频率大概是一周一次 。到最后每次第六天开始 尿尿的时候就会有满的感觉 到第七天就感觉一定要弄出来 有试过不弄出来 结果晚上就梦遗或者第8-9天尿尿出来 。我特意去挂过泌尿科 医生说 没事  有满的感觉弄出来就行 年轻人的话4-5天一次正常 。我是身体不好 所以一个礼拜 。 还有就是一句话 满则溢 就像个水缸一样 。等到3-4个月后 手淫戒掉了 也不想色色的东西了 梦遗就会少很多
