楼主写得非常好，说得非常正确。如果不是长期的慢性前列腺炎，不用那么恐慌，因为前列腺炎或前列腺侧叶肥大等年轻的时候绝大多数可能是阵发性的，跟自己的生活饮食起居（或性生活）和锻炼有关，定期复查就是。“孩子有幽门螺杆菌不用怕”是对的，如果无症状可以不用用药，到了一定年龄自然就没有了。其实现代生活幽门螺杆菌感染非常常见，外面就餐、吃食堂、共用餐具、不洁饮食习惯等，都有可能感染幽门螺杆菌，按医嘱服药14天再停药40天后复查就是，易治疗，即使治疗好了也易感染，需不定期检查。
